EC Lane Bryant Fit & Flare Bell Sleeve Midi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @katielibrarian. This dress is beautiful in person & has lovely details (tiered and flowy at bottom, bell sleeve, keyhole neck closure). However, I am happy to say that it is too big in the waist and a little short for me (above the knee). Love it, but I am rotating for something new! In excellent condition as pictured! PTP is @ 23 inches. I have also added my own photos for current EC status!
