Don't Go Bananas is an emotional control card game for kids aged 6-12, designed to help them identify, understand, and control strong emotions using the ABCD method of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The game is simple, requiring players to complete 4 stacks of 1, 2, 3 cards in order. Along the way, kids answer prompts about anger, jealousy, sadness, fear, and anxiety, gaining valuable emotional coping skills whether they "win" or not. Best played with adult supervision.
