Made in Korea Tess Paris-Milano button up shirt Puffy-ruffled collar and sleeve cuffs Upper bodice is very relaxed and complete with shoulder pads Darted and fitted at waist Approximately 17” pit to pit and 24” length You could wear open as a blazer/over shirt too I am an 8/10 top, hence the reason it’s not buttoned in the pic🤷🏻‍♀️would probably work best on a 27.5” waist or less if you want to button it
