Hey girl! Im so sorry these sold, but I wanted to answer your question still because I've seen this same pair floating around here on Posh! I'm a true 7.5. These were pretty tight around my toes and I do believe the shoes are a true size 7 (37 EU). Def more comfortable for narrow feet. Dolce and Gabbana size chart says size 37 = 7 US. I found some reviews from other girlies and it seems like they're pretty consistent in that conversion :)
