The image, as was seen on the original theatrical release movie poster, shows Donald as a delivery boy crossing paths with a black cat followed by 3 black kittens. The top of the bottle has the words Walt Disney's Donald Duck. The rear of the bottle shows measurements up to 32oz/1000ml. This allows you to keep track of how much liquid you are drinking, or perhaps if you need to measure out a specific amount to mix a beverage or formula.
