Disney Cakeworthy dress Beauty and The Beast size 2X

I bought this for an upcoming Walt Disney world trip and it is too small! I wear an 18 and usually a 2x with stretch or 3x without, and it does not fit at the bust! It does not have stretch so I’d recommend a 1x or if you’re a smaller 2x. Cakeworthy brand, perfect for a Disney bound to the parks!
