krl3286 It does need a new battery. I have pretty big wrists and needed to get 3 links taken out and now it fits perfect so I'd say large but can have links taken out to adjust. (*i don't have the extra links anymore)

sdelciello69 is this watch as of now in GOOD WORKING CONDITION? I have Cancer and cannot install a new battery, so I would expect to have one installed before purchasing. I would pay extra $ 10. Also is this real sterling silver??!!
