Sides can be zipped or unzipped. I keep the bag stuffed to maintain the shape. Some signs of wear on the back lower edges and the closure. I took photos to show. No other flaws or defects that I am aware of. It is such a pretty neutral. I have two of the same color and am selling this one. Non-smoking, dog-friendly home.
