Derek Heart flowered dress 1x

cute flowered dress Derek Heart size 1x stretchy foldover cross in the bust, like wrap-style. There are ties, but the dress is not a full wrap around. There is a seam at the waist. 60" total length 63" length of the longest strap- meant to go around the waist once before tying together. the bottom is not sewn/tacked so it appears like a wrap. I've never had an issue with showing too much leg though.
