Department 56 retired North Pole Rudolph Condo Light Up Collectible House pre-loved, good condition. Piece from Dec 2000, has a couple spots where the red has rubbed off the railings, a;so the balcony railing was attached to the house, but has come away, should be able to glue. measures: 10" high approx Thank you so much for stopping by my closet!
