Gorgeous sleeveless romper in pastel turquoise with white and peach leaf/floral design by decree. Snap closure on faux wrap front. Elastic waistband. Fully lined. NWOT condition. (Bought it new but it was a bit small for me so I never wore it). 3.5” inseam. Pit to pit measures 19”. Waist measures 14.5” cinched and laying flat. Total length is approximately 30” from top of shoulder to hem.
