I tried to capture the photos in a way that showed the small scratches which are expected from wearing a stainless steel watch. There are no signs of excessive wear & tear. This was not an everyday watch, it was worn on special occasions so it is in excellent condition. It does need a new battery which can be done for no charge at any David Yurman location.
