@ddusinberre It is more like a loose fitting waterproof windbreaker in my opinion! I always wore a sweater or hoody underneath as it wasn’t warm enough on its own depending on the temperature. It’s plenty if the weather is decent and sunny but if it’s cold/foggy/windy/ or after dark it’s not enough on its own to stay warm.
