White pleated blouse by Cynthia Steffe. I know fabric is 100% cotton although tag is missing. Mandarin collar, fitted bodice, and tiny pleats down the front and back, ending in a little kick. The ruffles on the cuffs have raw edges in Steffe “shabby chic” style. And I may have purchased this blouse on sale, but I know for sure that the regular price is more than I make in two days. Imagine what I said when I realized I had rested my wrist on the top of an open pen... OK to wear under a suit! B-3
