Frilly party dress for your little one from Cynthia Rowley. Cream colored with lots of gold sparkle. Features a sequins front bodice, bow detail, and a layered tulle bottom. Back placket with sparkly buttons. Pre-owned and flawed. There are two small tears on the back seam near the shoulder (see pictures). This remains a great dress with lots of life still in it.
