Cute printed pants

Cute black and white printed pants. Say size large in the tag but they run really small. More of a medium or maybe small. I am a size 10 and they do not fit. Probably better for someone around size 6. They zip up the side to put them on. And have little pleats running down the legs. These are new never worn but came from a boutique without tags. 100% polyester
