Cute and body-hugging skirt and top duo.

Both pieces were purchased at Akira in Chicago - the skirt is Akira brand and the top is Hanger brand. The skirt is a sweater-type skirt that is 55% cotton and 45% rayon. The skirt is stretchy, and sits above the waist. The dress is mostly black and off-white but the two thick stripes towards the bottom are dark navy, which matches the top. The top is a mock-turtleneck with a zipper that can be either in the front or the back. This was never worn. Size is small on both.
