Cute Boatneck Striped Dress

Such a darling dress! Stripes and pleats! Purchased from a boutique shop and worn very sparingly. No pilling, signs of wear or stains. No pockets but with the super flattering cut and black waist, who cares. It's more of a cream and black stripe and has a vintage feel.
