Hi! Is the 14” shown on the waist the size when it’s cinched the most? Trying to figure out what size waist this could fit :)

@madigirl10 the 14" across is when it is laying flat unstretched but it also has a drawstring in the waistband which can be pulled a little tighter and tied.
