Current Air Vintage Look Secretary Blouse Size M

This textured fabric top, with short flared sleeves, and tie front gives me all the vintage vibes! I see this paired with a pencil skirt and pointed toe flats for a look straight out of the 50's or 60's. The color is peculiar, it's light brown but feels like maybe some mauve undertones as well. There is no materials tag. Brand is carried by Anthropologie, but I don't believe this piece was sold there, just mentioning it to show the quality.
