@chyna_michele i have 42’ hips for reference if that helps They have enough stretch to get into but they don’t have a crazy amount of stretch in the band to hold it up. They do fit me and I could get away with them it’s just a little uncomfortable on my thighs. I would say they are more on the smedium side if not a true to size medium
