Converse Burgundy "Wrap" Dress

This dress is great with sneakers or wedges or anything! Very versatile. It has an elastic waist and front snap buttons so it's really flattering. A subtle ruffle in the front gives it a wrap like feel. The little capped sleeves are a great touch. The pattern is a beautiful almost snake scale like design in burgundy, tan, and black.
