Worn on a handful of occasions, including a NYE in the late 80’s, this empire waist cocktail dress is vintage and authentic. Contempo Casuals was a trendy 1980’s store that built the foundation of current stores like Urban Outfitters. Black stretch velvet with shoulder pads. The sequined bodice is in tack but has one slight discoloration in a woven piece (see photo). Otherwise it fits like a charm...size medium should be great.
