The leather exterior has a few light scuff marks from being stored without a box. The most noticeable mark is shown in the last picture. All the insert have not be written on. The calendar is not dated....you can customize it to any year. Has a convenient zipper pouch. It is about a 1.5" ring. This is a larger organizer binder. Please see pictures of the measurements.
