Colorful and a trendy Midi dress, size small

Unsure of the brand, it was gifted and does not have tags. It is a soft but thin material, it has a stretchy back so it fits comfortable with an array of different cup sizes. I am 5 foot 7 and it hots me mid calf in length. I have never worn this before.
