Designed to fit either a man or women. My model has a 22 inch head (as measured), and super thick shoulder long hair. She is wearing a size medium Surgical Scrub cap. Large Scrub Caps should fit a 23 inch head nicely or if you have a little longer hair it gives more room for your hair under hat. Because of the ties on back they fit most heads nicely even if you have a bigger than 23" head. Caps are all Pre-made and ready to ship. I ship them out next day.
