A sort-of terry-cloth sweater short-sleeve top, featuring a zipper down the front, pockets, and a cold shoulder. Very Y2K, Kim Possible feel. Is missing a few ‘buttons’ on the shoulder sleeves, but they’re missing in about the same spot, so it looks pretty intentional.
