Cold Shoulder Top With Side Ties EEUC!!

This adorable top made me swoon in the store, those sleeves with the side ties!! The colors are perfect for fall, brick and black stripes on a rich gold background. Has a silky feel to it, you’ll never need to iron! Tiny bit of stretch for comfort. It is labelled as a Large, however it looks smaller to me than that, so I am listing it as a Small/Medium.
