Can this be worn with the arm through the handles with it sitting on top of my shoulder? Like a shoulder bag.

@danachristy2911 for me it is tight and uncomfortable to do that. My daughter who is a size 6 just tried as well and she says it’s snug for a shoulder bad and would elect to carry it on her forearm/elbow crease. ☺️
