This is a super fun little cook book, titled Clock Wise Time Saving Recipes for the Busy Homemaker 1953 by Barbara Gillard. Mrs. Gillard got the idea for the book from her husband's secretary, who mentioned how hard it was to whip up a delicious meal after work. Recipes use fresh or frozen food, and recipes are accompanied by tips and variations. The salad dressing section is especially nice, she recommends using a mason jar for mixing. Pages have a few tiny splotches and hand written notations, a bit of wear on edges, have darkened slightly. Slight "old book" smell.
