Classic Red Clackers Toy

a vintage toy known as Clackers (also called Klackers or Click Clacks). This popular toy from the late 1960s and early 1970s consists of two hard acrylic balls suspended by a string with a finger loop. The objective of the toy is to swing the balls rhythmically so they clack together loudly. The toy was eventually banned in the United States in the late 1970s due to safety concerns. The heavy, fast-moving acrylic balls could occasionally shatter upon striking each other, posing a "mechanical hazard" and causing injuries to children.
