Christmas village Joe’s Hamburger Stand Holiday Time Creative Crafts Englewood

This is a new in package ready to be painted ceramic Hamburger Stand for a Christmas village. The numbering is exactly the same as California Creations but nowhere on the packaging are they referenced and both have the company Creative Crafts, inc out of Englewood CO on their stickers on the bottom. However, the name of the burger stand is Joe’s on this one and it’s Flo’s for the California Creations one. Either way, this one is pretty rare as I couldn’t find any information out there on it, only found a couple of already painted ones on eBay…
