Christian Dior Navy Nylon Bag

This is a statement Dior bag from 2003 Galliano-era Dior ‘Hardcore’. This bag was worn by celebrities at the 2003 Dior runway show. It's crafted in a deep navy nylon fabric. The bag is complimented with silver tone hardware and an adjustable strap with the 'Dior' word stitched in for shoulder or crossbody wear. The chain accessory features a rhinestone clasp and thick silver chain. The open and close of the bag features a belt like strap and magnetic closure. The interior has a main compartment, a zippered pocket, a slip pocket at the front and back of the bag. This bag whilst 20 years old still feels very modern and stylish. Condition: The soft nylon exterior is in great condition, the strap is soft and is very easily adjustable from shoulder to longer strap. Exterior leather piping has issues - it appears to either had some color correction on it or it's deteriorating. The piping is flaking and coming off which will result in some small specks of black. When I run my fingers against the piping it doesn't immediately flake off or anything, but when I put the bag down and move it, I see small specks. The hardware is in good condition, the rhinestones appear all intact on the clasp, the silver plating appears shiny, there is some minor scuffs and scratches in the silver Dior logo plate.
