danielleguse @vanessamei I think it’s comfortable. It’s a very soft leather so easy to throw on your shoulder. And can carry a lot! I used it for my laptop, work stuff and personal items when we went to Europe and it was great.

danielleguse @vanessamei they produce a USPS label once an item is sold. So I typically ship the next business day that the Post Office is open. It comes with a tracking # and is uploaded to the sale, so you can track it. Anything over $500 gets shipped to headquarters first to be verified, then shipped to you. But you get updates throughout the process as well to see where the item is at. You can also look on the app on FAQ section to read about items are shipped.
