Antique Chinese cloisonne copper vase with a lovely floral decor. White background. 8” tall. Made in the 1960's. Cloisonne is a technique where thin copper threads are used to make shapes on a copper base. Next, enamel is applied to fill the pattern on the base. This technique has been used for centuries in China and is still being used today. The result is a very intricate and colorfol decoration. Images used are often flowers. The vase has a small dent on the side.plz see pictures.
