Chico’s Mosaic Maisey 3/4 sleeve top in solar blue, embellished with lace and mini rhinestones, there is one place in the front where it looks like the dye didn’t stick. It is so hard to see though. please see pictures. Chicos size 0 which is US size small measures 19 inches from armpit to armpit, approximate 26 inches long. New.
