This is a Vintage Saree Petticoat made by Chhaya Dresses. Powder Blue in color with an adjustable waist that ties at side. The inside of the bottom is stamped by whoever made it, as well as some black markings that looks like maybe the person that made this possibly signed it. Womens SIZE 100(Tag states this). Also has the word Bombay. Appears to be 100% Cotton. CONDITION--This is in VERY GOOD Condition and still has its original tag stapled on bottom. MEASURED LAYING FLAT: Length--38.5" Waist--20" Bottom Width--37" **When checking measurements, get a similar garment from your closet that you are happy with fit and lay flat.
