Charter Club deep blue flower print wrap skirt

Charter Club wrap skirt with two botton closure size 16. It's fully lined. 32.5" long. Waist is 17" flat. With light sewing skills, the buttons can be removed and adjusted to accommodate smaller waist sizes. There are a few snags in the material, please see the last picture.
