Charlotte Russe Dress

Charlotte Russe : Size Medium, tan and vibrant blue side block dress. The sheer fabric is overlapped on top of a tan slip. Dress has slim dual straps over the shoulders with a gold bar around the neck tie. Optional belt loops around waist for skinny belt. Gold is a little dull but dress is in good condition.
