Chaps dress, size M, black and off-white, rousing to one side at the waist. With off-white side it give you a slimmer looking waist. Like new condition. Material of dress is 95% polyester 5% elastane. Dress is lined with off white spandex. Length from shoulder to bottom 36”, bust (under arm pit to arm pit) 17 1/2”, waist 14”
