kels834 @joleighdresser0 I can’t go that low on them, posh takes 20% fee from me on my end.. there’s no such thing as true to size because my opinion of TTS might be different from yours since all feet are different

kels834 @gannbaylie I am really sorry you feel that way.. I actually cancelled the transaction earlier today, not posh. I cancelled it because I couldn’t locate the women’s size 8. I found the women’s size 10/ men’s size 8 women in this and it already sold

kels834 @gannbaylie My employee posted this incorrectly. It has nothing to do with sketch, I wouldn’t be on posh since 2013 and doing the sales I do if it was. If my page was super sketch to you.. why purchase from me?

gannbaylie @kels834 Because it truly didn’t seem suspicious at first. There were no red flags until after the purchase. And if you’ve been on Posh since 2013, why wouldn’t you or your employee have communicated better? I tried reaching out to you and never heard back. If you had reached out and said something about there being a mistake then I would have absolutely no problem with this entire ordeal. I’ve definitely had mistakes happen with purchases and never hold it against the seller.

kels834 @gannbaylie totally get it.. was just trying to understand what was sketch. I’m on 7 different platforms and have a employee.. posh doesn’t give me a option to toggle down and funnel the comments on the actual purchases… only comments on the items for sale. So unless I have time to go through and check each and every order daily (which is hard to do balancing every part of my biz) then I don’t see the comments on the orders. Sorry about that. I get thousands of notifications on this app alone

kels834 @gannbaylie I would never give my employee access to my actual posh page.. that would give access to my bank and payouts.. they can access my relisting tool software and that’s about it.. So I see where she went wrong here- I’ve gotten in this style and color way a lot and she used old photos- then she listed as a size 8 women’s looking at photo… when the shoes were a men’s size 8, women’s size 10.
