Ceramic Country Goose Blue Speckled Design Utensil Holder 90's Kitchen Decor

A yellow stain to the bottom and carved initials BW. There are many little chips to the geese and the rim, all shown in close-ups. No cracks. Silverware markings mostly along the bottom edge. The inner rim is quite rough; not sure if it originally would’ve had a lid. The geese and landscape are raised.
