Cato Navy Blue Lace Flats w/ Bow

Cato flats fit US size 7-7.5 elastic around top so they don't fly off like so many other ballet flats! Received as a gift from my mother. Original price unknown. Used but still in very good condition. I'm a US size 8 and they are a bit snug and uncomfortable around my toes but they do still technically fit. Spot clean shoes with mild soap and warm water if needed. Please feel free to message me with any more questions!
