"Cat on the Flatiron Building" Framed Print

Framed print of cat atop the Flatiron Building in New York City. Unfortunately I don't remember the artist's name, and only her initials appear on the print (see last photo). Wooden frame is 9" x 11" and about 3/4" wide. The mat is about 8" x 10" and the opening is about 5" x 7". There are a couple very tiny scratches on the frame (zoom in on first photo); the holes in the center of the back of the frame are where the stand was removed so it would hang flat against the wall. The print itself is in like new condition. From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. I have two other prints of cats on New York City landmarks in my Poshmark Closet—bundle for a discount!
