Cat Balou By Chinese Laundry Womens Brown Wedge Heel Knee High Boots, Size 7.5

I'm not sure if these were used or just stored improperly but there is some cracking on the inside of the boots and a small stain of something on the outside of one. The soles seem to not have been scuffed or anything so I'm not sure of the use on them but I'm listing them as used. Comes with original box (no box top).
