This is an absolutely gorgeous 3T formal dress by Cassie Creations of California. In pink 100% silk, it has 3 rosettes at empire waist and 2 flower shaped buttons at back. There’s a crinoline and large tie back as well as 2 rows of ruffles at hem. Worn once, it’s been dry cleaned with tag attached. It measures 10” armpit to armpit and 27” shoulder to hem.
