Adorable and in great shape! Very very mild fading of the navy fabric from wear and wash but otherwise there are no stains/rips/holes. Has navy and white polka dot material with buttons on the front and yellow/white striped lining in the hood. Topped off with an adorable navy/yellow ribbon flower on the front.
