Capelli of New York Adorable Black and White Polka Dot Rain Boots - Size 8 GUC

These rain boots by Capelli of New York are black and white polka dot with a hot pink interior. These are in overall great condition. The only issue is shown in the last picture where the tabs that are missing are circled. You can truly barely tell if you didn't know they came with them. They are priced accordingly. These are great for running errands, working in the garden, walking the dog or just dancing in the rain. I am a Posh Ambassador ll who takes great care when sourcing.
