Candies Sleeveless Dress

Classic Candies Dress with embellished collar. This dress is 32 in from the shoulder to the bottom of it so it's not a mini unless you're tall. It's 24 in from the armpit to the bottom. Both the top of the dress and the bottom of the dress are 16 in in length. The top part of the dress is 100% polyester, the bottom part of the dress is 73% rayon and 4% spandex so it gives you some movement.
