Has handles and shoulder strap on bag, with plastic toes still attached, has not been used much, has been stored in my closet.Also comes with clear Coach zipper pouch that snaps inside bag - again plastic still on snap as has not been unattached since I bought it. Big bag! Measures 20” wide 14” tall and 5.5” deep. Shoulder strap has 8” drop, handles have 5” drop.
